Dear readers, It seems that these days, each of us, in our own way, is being catalyzed to step outside of our comfort zone. Whether it be on a personal level, a professional level, or a mix of both, we are being challenged to try something new and to further embrace all that we are. As someone who naturally gravitates towards one-on-one interactions and who has mostly kept her writing to herself, starting this blog and being read by the public feels like quite the daunting task! However, with the overwhelming encouragement I consistently receive from clients, family, and friends, I have chosen to rise to the occasion. I may not post regularly nor often, but I have decided to take advantage of this platform to share insights about topics I find relevant, information about the body/mind/spirit connection, and to offer questions for self-exploration. Ultimately, my wish is to use the fruits of my quest to bring you something constructive, coherent, and of value, and to shed light on ways in which I may be of service to you on your life journey. I am so very grateful for all the connections, interactions, and experiences which have led me to where I am today and which will carry me beyond my current limitations. No matter what it looks like from the outside, we are all here to help each other grow. With that, I welcome you to my new blog... stay tuned and enjoy the ride! |
